1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Boards Charcuterie website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You will receive an order confirmation via email

3. Delivery and Pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery is available within our service area. Pickup is available at our location during business hours.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery fees vary based on distance
• You must be available to receive delivery at the scheduled time
• We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Food Safety and Allergies

While we take great care in preparing our boards, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Cross-contamination may occur.

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions
• We are not liable for allergic reactions
• Boards should be consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery
• Refrigerate immediately if not consuming right away

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Boards Charcuterie and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Boards Charcuterie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
